You can a regular service to help maintain administration burden or if you require a one off help to help you get on top of your office work then you can enquire and book in for a quote - whether this is to gain your assurance for the year or even some simple training on technological or financial systems to get you started. Farm & File was built on the knowledge that not every farm can warrant a full time administrator so if you are looking for some flexibility to suit you, then we can help.

No. You will not be charged for the initial consultation. We offer up to 2 hours free of charge for the initial meeting to take place to get to know you and your farm, and the needs of the business. As well as you getting to know us, to see if it is a right fit for you. We wanted this to be suited to you whether that is a fast moving formal meeting or a casual cup of coffee and a chat. After this meeting, if you wish to continue with Farm & File, we will quote for what work you wish to be done and move forward from there.

Each farm and scenario is different. After the initial meeting, we can quote you based on an hourly fee for how long we expect to get you assurance ready. It must be noted that assurance isn't all paperwork and may require some outside work/tidying to be done prior to the audit - which we can advise on. Once all work in preparation is done, we can take the next steps to meet with an Auditor to gain your assurance.

You will not have to change any systems you already work with. We will, however, advise on what systems can do what and you can decide whether this would benefit your farm/business.
